  • 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 3 cups cooked chicken (diced)
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 cucumber (seeded and diced)
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 4 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 4 oz cheese (cubed)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 cup tortilla chips (crushed)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing and taco seasoning; refrigerate.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, corn, green onions, black beans, cheese cubes, cilantro, lime juice, and crushed tortilla chips until well combined.
