  • 20g (2 tablespoons) Unsweetened Cacao Powder
  • 50g (1/2 cup) Icing Sugar
  • 120g (1/2 cup) Cold Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Egg (room temperature)
  • 250g (9 oz) Dark Cooking Chocolate
  • 250ml (1 cup) Thickened Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cacao powder, icing sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Add egg and mix until combined. Press into a tart pan and bake for 20 minutes.
